Description

Who are we?
We are a health technology startup building the search and data infrastructure for the digital health systems of tomorrow. Our mission is simple, but the environment in which we specialize is complex.
We power enterprise-scale health organizations and health-tech startups to improve and optimize access to health care & support across North America and Europe. At our heart, we are a product & technology-driven organization, and we look for people who share our vision of leveraging technology to solve and scale some of the most impactful operational challenges in healthcare.
Clinia is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead and oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to successful delivery. In close collaboration with our leadership team and our Director of product strategy, you will be responsible for shaping our product delivery, maintaining and evolving our product roadmap, and ensuring that our products meet both market demands and customer needs. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to ensure we deliver innovative solutions in the healthcare space.

If you’re a strategic thinker, have a passion for developing scalable products, and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Your role
Your main responsibility will be to translate our company's vision into actionable product deliveries. You’ll ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with both market needs and our business objectives while leading a team of two technical product managers (Retrieval and Platform) to deliver high-quality products. You will leverage your proven track record of software product management to ensure that our product function delivers high quality products on time and on budget.

As a Director of Product Management, you can expect to:
  • Manage the product roadmap: Build, own, and maintain the product roadmap ensuring clear timelines, priorities, and goals across the organization. Collaborate with multiple departments to integrate client requests and new opportunities into the roadmap.
  • Participate in product development: Collaborate with product strategy and engineering teams to define and evolve products in alignment with market demands, customer feedback, and new industry trends. Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Be a Leader: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation. Ensure the timely delivery of products that meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders: Work closely with the business development and client success teams to assess client needs and market opportunities, ensuring that these are effectively prioritized and incorporated into the product lifecycle.

In terms of skills, you should have:
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the health tech or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, retrieval systems, data infrastructure, healthcare technology, or enterprise-level software is a strong asset.
Finally, as we are expanding into the US market, fluency in English is essential, and bilingual language abilities (eg French or Spanish) are highly desirable. If you have other skills or experiences that you think would be a plus for the team, we are of course very curious to hear from you.
