Description

Who we are

We're a healthtech startup building the search and data infrastructure that powers the next generation of digital health systems. Our mission is simple: make access to care smarter, faster, and more connected, even when the environment we work in is complex.

We collaborate with enterprise health organizations and innovative healthtech startups across North America and Europe. We are product-driven, data-focused, and motivated by real-world impact. If you get excited about using technology to solve important operational challenges in healthcare, we want to meet you.

What we’re looking for

Someone who’s curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to dive into complex systems. Someone who:
  • Likes to understand how things work behind the scenes
  • Enjoys solving problems and improving how systems run
  • Brings energy, curiosity, and ownership to everything they do

Your role

As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern for Winter 2026 (January to April), you’ll help design, build, and maintain the systems that keep our platform running reliably and securely. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to improve automation, enhance our infrastructure, and gain hands-on experience with cloud environments and monitoring tools.

You’ll get exposure to the full lifecycle of reliability engineering: from automating deployments to improving observability, and from troubleshooting issues to learning about incident response. This is a great opportunity to explore what it means to bridge the gap between software development and operations.

What you’ll work on

  • Supporting infrastructure improvements and helping to automate common workflows
  • Learning how to manage and monitor cloud environments such as AWS
  • Assisting with configuration and management of Kubernetes clusters
  • Using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to define and deploy resources
  • Working with observability tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to make our systems more reliable and scalable

What you’ll bring

  • A strong interest in cloud infrastructure, reliability, and automation
  • Basic familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Some knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
  • Experience or curiosity about containers and Kubernetes
  • Interest in tools like Terraform, CI/CD, or monitoring systems
  • A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to learn from others

If you have other skills or projects that show your curiosity or creativity, we would love to hear about them.
